A middle grade novel in progress

Hi, I’m Catherine.

I love creating, writing, drawing, painting, ceramics…all kinds of things. I also love animals and have several pets (including a pig named Mango). When I went to college for my Bachelors in Zoology, I realized that imagining cells and biological processes as characters helped me to understand them better. That’s when I decided to write, create a world inside the body.

Meet the Team

  • Red Blood Cells

    Also known as RBC or if you want to get fancy you can call them erythrocytes.

  • Robot

    A microscopic sized Robot with a bad attitude.

  • White Blood Cells

    As part of the immune system these cells help keep the body healthy. Because they can travel through the bloodstream they are sometimes referred to as White Blood Cells (WBC)

  • Endothelial cells

    Endothelial Cells

    These cells line the inside of every blood vessel.

Endothelial cells line all our blood vessels and regulate exchanges between the bloodstream and the surrounding tissue. Pretty cool gig if you ask me.
